Ways we can work together

Every path here starts the same way — with someone listening properly. Where it goes depends on what you're carrying. All sessions are offered in English.

One-to-one consulting

For the person carrying something heavy alone.

$125 per session

Private sessions built around your story. We name what happened, tend to what it cost you, and shape a path forward you actually believe in.

  • 60-minute private sessions
  • A living plan you keep between sessions
  • Message support between meetings

Fresh Start intensive

For a turning point that can't wait.

A focused block of work for a divorce, a setback, a move, a death, a career break — any threshold where you need clarity fast and gently.

  • Half-day deep session
  • Two follow-up sessions
  • A written 90-day direction map

Boundaries & self-worth work

For the one who keeps abandoning themselves.

$600 for six sessions

Practical, unflinching work on where your yes ends and your life begins — with language and scripts for the conversations you've been dreading.

  • Six-session arc
  • Boundary scripts and practice
  • Accountability check-ins

Circles (small group)

For people who need to stop feeling like the only one.

$25 per week, or $110 for six

A small, confidential group moving through what you're currently facing and rebuilding together. Guided, never a free-for-all.

  • Minimum of six participants for group sessions; maximum eight participants

  • Full refunds will be given if there are not six participants enrolled by the first session
  • Shared resources and prompts

Not sure which one is yours?

That's normal, and it's not your job to figure it out alone. Tell me what's going on and I'll tell you honestly what I'd suggest — including if it isn't me.
